Luciana was brought up in Rome by her parents - Luciana's father was Manlio Paoluzzi, an Italian army officer and her mom was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was the one of Benito's lovers. There are no known siblings. Luciana is the only woman who has graduated from her high school class from Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering at the time.
