Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of working experience. She has worked with senior leaders from various industries to help improve business performance, particularly when growth is rapid. The work she has done as a facilitator to translate human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She has a passion for learning and sees leadership and team-building as the greatest advantage. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and guided leaders who achieved results and have had success. Her work helped to develop cultures in companies which promote innovation and learning. Annmarie's enthusiasm for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to give all of her energy and efforts to this cause. She also supports several non-profit organizations during her spare time. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is just one. The goal of this committee is to train women to be leaders. They also offer training and networks to Hospitality Healthcare Network, an organization of professionals in North America. Our work is impacted by addiction.
