Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked in various industries together with the leaders of their teams to enhance business results, particularly during times when there is growth and rapid change through focusing on establishing as well as aligning and executing an overall strategy for people. She's served as a thought-partner in helping implement business and people-related strategies into enterprise-wide goals as well as strategic plans, through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She's a lover of education and considers management and team building as the best advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and mentored leaders who have demonstrated success and results. The work she did helped cultivate cultures in organizations which promote innovation and learning. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to give all of her energy and efforts in the direction of this mission. In addition, she is a supporter of several nonprofit organizations in her free time.
